Outcome: Rising to the challenge of working within such varied constraints, HLW designed an elegant, completely high-tech facility, offering sophisticated telecommunications capabilities, state-of-the-art conferencing suites and multi-media screening rooms throughout.

Outside, there is a large entry courtyard and major parking decks integrate sculptural hard and soft landscape, including undulating lawns, trees and structured seating areas.
