Interior Design Reference

Interior Design of Lakeside Health Centre by St-Arch. Our design had to consider the existing setting as well as the plans for local re-development over the next 15 – 20 years, and was develop in close consultant with clients, authorities and local residents. A 2000sqm new built Primary Care Centre in London Thamesmeadan area develop in the late 1960’s that is now in urgent need of regeneration.

Lakeside HC started on site in June 2006, on a fast track schedule of 16 months. The building will feature a colourful façade with a variety of finishes, a flexible steel frame structure and two internal courtyards.

We were keen to offer a very modernist approach to healthcare on the ‘island’ site and thereby create a new landmark for the community, addressing the need for security and durability. Lakeside HC is part of a series of PPP projects of the Local. For more information, please visit st-arch website.
